Why too much protein is hurting you

According to a recent study at UCLA, People who ate a high-protein diet had 4x the risk of death from cancer and diabetes and almost double the risk of death from all other causes!!!

Americans have literally become obsessed with this one nutrient, protein.  In reality, Protein is no more important than any other nutrient and too much of it is NOT GOOD!  Most of what we hear about the importance of protein is marketing and advertising but the meat and dairy industries and they have brain-washed most of us to believe that animal sources are the only sources of protein.  Well….almost ALL foods have protein!  You could potatoes and fruit all day and still meet your daily needs!  Do you know of anyone who has ever been hospitalized for a protein deficiency?
